Service Area

A Step Above is based in Surfside Beach, just south of Myrtle Beach. Our residential work focuses on the Grand Strand—Horry and Georgetown counties—where we design and build custom homes, major renovations, and outdoor living spaces.

On the commercial side, our team and finishes division have completed projects from Maryland to Florida and west to Tennessee, including airports, student housing, fitness centers, and large commercial spaces.
